Women Centred
Ka Huna Bodywork

Centred Bodywork honours the female body in its many forms, grounding women through the traditional Hawaiian modality of Ka Huna massage therapy. Ka Huna massage calms and balances our hormones, bringing us back to centre. When we are feeling centred, we are able shift emotions and release physical ailments. This is helpful for women through the various stages of life and monthly cycles, which lead us to experience dramatic changes in mood and physical awareness. The mind and the body are intrinsically connected. By calming one, we calm the other.
