Women-Centred
Ka Huna Bodywork
Ka Huna is calming for women through the various cycles and stages of life as we experience dramatic changes in mood and physical awareness. The mind and body are intrinsically connected. By calming one, we calm the other.
Centred Bodywork honours the female body in its many forms, grounding women through the traditional Hawaiian modality of Ka Huna massage therapy. Ka Huna massage calms and balances our hormones, bringing us back to centre. When we feel centred, we are able shift emotions and release physical tensions.
